If you are on a mission to lose weight having a diet food plan is a must. But there can be a lot of confusion around what’s the best kind of food to be eating. Some think that just avoiding “fried foods” or “donuts” is the answer. But that’s just part of it.

People may not understand all the ins and outs, but eating too much bread or pasta probably contributes more to being overweight than eating too many sweets (although that is a problem too).
