Let’s get back to water. You should be drinking, at a minimum half of what you weigh in ounces every day. So, if you weigh 160 pounds, you should be drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day. That’s ten 8 ounce glasses. If you do this you’ll see the weight melt away.
3. For 1 month do not, repeat, do not eat anything with the word wheat listed in the ingredients. “But what if it’s whole wheat?” Well, that’s a different story. Oh, wait. Whole wheat has “wheat” in it. Nope. Don’t eat any wheat.
