Do You Know This Trick To Help Lose 10 Pounds?
Boosting Metabolism Will Help You Lose Ten Pounds Plus
For anyone dieting and trying to lose 10 pounds or more, I am sure that you have heard of Calories. In nutritional terms these are simply units of measure. They aren’t really actual things. Sort of like a cup of flour or quart of milk. They simply measure the amount of energy that’s in different types of foods.
When you eat, your body creates energy from the food that makes it’s way to your digestive system. It doesn’t matter whether it’s healthy food or not. Your body creates energy from fruits and vegetables in the same way that it creates energy from chocolate ice cream or candy canes.
You may know that it’s better for your body to get energy from fruit and vegetables, but your body doesn’t evaluate the food. Your mind does that. So, your body is left with the task of getting the energy you need from whatever you eat.
It may sound like a strange thing to say, but your body really doesn’t care. To the body, energy is energy. It takes whatever it gets. It doesn’t really know that some foods are healthier than others. Although we shouldn’t treat it like one, It’s kind of like a garbage disposal. You put something into and down it goes. Regardless of whether it should go down or not.
